Rallying Alumni for a Record-Breaking Fundraising Campaign

THE ASK
To launch the largest fundraising campaign in university history, UW–Madison needed to energize alumni and supporters across the country and set a new tone for long-term engagement with the campaign.
THE EXPERIENCE
Over the course of a year, we partnered with UW to bring the campaign to life through a pre-campaign “Wisconsin Ideas Tour,” campaign launch, three regional events, and campaign finale. Each experience was anchored by modular, interactive environments tailored to regional audiences. Moments on stage spotlighted students and faculty. Behind the scenes, we delivered end-to-end support—from branding and set design to speechwriting, staging, and roadshow production.
THE IMPACT
The campaign engaged over 250,000 donors and raised $4.2 billion, surpassing the original goal by $1 billion.
