ELKAY

A Booth that Made a Splash

THE ASK
Elkay, a heritage brand with over a century of experience in kitchen sinks, faucets, and water stations, wanted to make a bold statement at KBIS—the largest kitchen and bath design trade show in North America. The goal: create a memorable brand experience that moved beyond the traditional booth to spark engagement, showcase innovation, and generate meaningful business leads.

THE EXPERIENCE
We reimagined Elkay’s presence with a 9,000-square-foot booth designed not as a booth, but as a neighborhood: a vibrant, walkable space where Elkay products came to life in real-world settings. From immersive, interactive displays and DIY stations to larger-than-life product installations, attendees were invited to see, touch, and even dive into the Elkay product line. The experience blended functionality with storytelling, turning product demos into human moments that left a lasting impression.

When the pandemic forced KBIS to go virtual the following year, we extended the concept into a digital format—translating Elkay’s Neighborhood into an engaging online experience that maintained the spirit and interactivity of the in-person activation.

THE IMPACT
Elkay’s immersive presence stood out from the crowd, earning the Best of KBIS Large Booth Award and generating over 2,000 qualified business leads. The success of the physical experience laid the groundwork for a future-proof brand activation strategy—one that resonated both in-person and online.

For businesses to be successful it is critical to find partners that support your purpose and vision. We have found that partnership with August Jackson. We have truly enjoyed watching our brand experiences come to life–experiences that embody who we are as a brand and culture–and that are very hard to forget.
