Designing for Sphere: Where Vision Meets Scale

THE ASK
This global professional services firm convenes its Partners and Principals every two years to hear from senior leadership and key clients. For the 2024 edition, the challenge was to develop content for the iconic Sphere venue in Las Vegas while transforming the Venetian Conference Center into a cohesive extension—making two venues feel like one integrated experience.

THE EXPERIENCE
We partnered with cutting-edge technology partners to develop over five hours of immersive plenary content for Sphere, including a 90-minute custom Gwen Stefani concert. At the Venetian, we designed and executed a fully branded environment using digital signage and scenic design that celebrated the firm’s legacy and future. The dual-venue approach was strategically unified through storytelling and visual continuity, ensuring a seamless VIP experience across two of Las Vegas’ most iconic and complex venues.

THE IMPACT
Attendees were captivated by the bold creative and elevated production, especially the Sphere content—which went on to be repurposed for corporate offices nationwide. Our work helped launch the vision of the firm’s leaders, turning a leadership transition into a moment of momentum and pride.
