To support the launch of two major therapeutics, a global pharmaceutical company needed to align, energize, and educate nearly 800 sales reps across multiple markets.

We designed a five-day, multi-city experience that fostered a sense of shared purpose and excitement through a seamless blend of in-person and virtual elements. Keynotes and panels reinforced shared goals, while interactive training built fluency and confidence. Augmented reality installations brought real patient stories into the room, reminding the team of their greater mission. And a custom mobile app gamified participation and encouraged connection.

THE IMPACT
By the end of the meeting, 97% of attendees indicated they felt ready to launch. Our client went on to achieve record-setting performance across both therapeutic areas.
